Donruss Sends Collector To The NFL Rookie Photo Shoot
March 20, 2008

Collectors doing their shopping at Target® could find boxes of Donruss Gridiron Gear containing entry forms for a contest promoting the NFL Rookie Photo Shoot. Held each year in Los Angeles, the grand prize winner will have the chance to rub elbows with 30 - 40 of the biggest names from this year's amazing NFL draft...and that lucky collector is Mike Morgan of Yucca Valley, California.

It took a few minutes for the news to sink in, but Mike eventually gained his composure and in a call with Donruss officials earlier this week.

"What? I've never won anything," Morgan exclaimed. "I'm a big Cowboys fan and started collecting (cards) back in the early '90s when Aikman and Emmitt were doing it. I've been buying up a lot of cards lately now that the Cowboys are back winning again...had to get me some Romo rookie cards!"

As the grand prize winner of Target® 2008 NFL PLAYERS Rookie Photo Shoot Sweepstakes, Morgan and a guest will be on the field with the players at the famous LA Coliseum in California in May as part of the event. Donruss is providing all the details, including and first class hotel arrangements. Mike will also be hitting the town with the player's at events scheduled for Friday and Saturday.

"We've been working close with Target® for several years now on these types of promotions and we are continually amazed to see the overwhelming number of entries we receive," said Donruss Playoff Marketing Director Scott Prusha. "Mike is a loyal Donruss collectors and we're extremely excited that he won."
