LEGENDARY CONTENDERS

KURT WARNER, QB - Arizona Cardinals (361 Passing Yards, 3 Touchdowns, 158.3 Passer Rating)
Card to Grab - 1999 Playoff Contenders #146

Heading into the season, another former MVP QB was getting all the headlines about playing this late in his career. Warner is no spring chicken, but he's playing like he took a drink from the fountain of youth. Warner blew up the Dolphins with 361 yards, hitting Anquan Boldin for three TDs and 140 yards, while hooking up with Larry Fitzgerald for 153 yards.

BRANDON MARSHALL, WR - Denver Broncos (18 Catches, 166 Receiving Yards, 1 Touchdown)
Card to Grab - 2006 Playoff Contenders #147

After sitting out last week, Marshall was ready to "catch-up" on lost time. He hauled in 18 catches (Broncos record), just two shy of the all-time single-game mark (Terrell Owens). The performance helped push the Broncos past the Chargers for a huge, but controversial, 39-38 win.

Behind the running of McFadden, the Raiders cruised to a 23-8 victory over the rival Chiefs. In his coming-to-the-NFL moment, D-Mac ran all over the place, putting up 164 yards and hitting the end zone for his first official NFL touchdown.

JONATHAN STEWART, RB - Carolina Panthers (77 Rushing Yards, 2 Touchdowns)
Cards to Grab - Playoff Prestige #154, Donruss Elite #117, Donruss Classics #175, Score Select #342, Donruss Threads #281, Playoff Absolute #253, Leaf Certified #210

Stewart showed why he was the second back taken in the NFL draft, finding the end zone twice in a 20-17 win over da Bears. For the second week in a row, Stewart put up solid numbers helping the Panthers pull off two last-minute upsets.

ONES TO WATCH

TIM HIGHTOWER, RB - Arizona Cardinals (24 Rushing Yards, 1 Touchdown)
Cards to Grab - Donruss Classics #180, Score Select #408, Donruss Threads #241, Playoff Absolute #243, Leaf Certified #197

With Arizona passing the ball all over the place and Edge getting the majority of the touches, this 2008 rookie has made the most of his carries, making him a rookie to keep an eye on. Reserved for short yardage situations, this RB of the future has put the ball in the end zone two weeks in a row.
