An Important Notice for Collectors Holding Panini America Julio Jones Redemptions

Due to the large gap in time between when collectors first entered their Panini America Julio Jones redemption cards into the redemption system and when the cards became available, the Panini America Customer Service Department is asking collectors with pending redemptions to review and confirm the shipping information attached to their accounts.

Collectors who have either changed addresses or who find errors in their listed shipping address are urged to log into their Panini America Customer Service account to confirm all shipping addresses. To do this from the Panini America Customer Service page, click on the “Edit Account” dropdown menu and then click “Edit Billing/Shipping.” After updating your shipping information, please click “Yes” in the option to update all open tickets with this change and then click the “Update Changes” button.
