Sunday's rain-soaked match between the Dolphins and Giants marked the first time two NFL teams lined up on the pitch to play in a regular season game outside the United States. The fans were treated to a great game at Wembley Stadium, a 13-10 victory by New York.
Donruss produced a special 6-card set to help the NFL commemorate the game. The set was distributed to a limited number of fans in attendance and at key events surrounding it.
The set featured New York Giants Eli Manning, Steve Smith and Jeremy Shockey as well as the Miami Dolphins Jason Taylor, Ted Ginn and Ronnie Brown.

Donruss Playoff Director of Production, Stephanie Carlson, made the trip and shared a few thoughts about what the experience was like:
The city was full of people wearing NFL apparel from a wide variety of teams.. We talked to people from Ireland, Germany, Spain and England, all of whom were excited to see a REAL NFL game.
It was between school terms for many children, so attending the game turned into a family vacation. Boys were anxious to talk about playing football and being able to watch it.
It was great to see the NFL players interact with the city. Many could be seen walking around on Saturday talking to people on the streets, seeing what they knew about NFL football.
Walking to the stadium on game day was a sea of jersey, with almost every NFL team represented. Even though the day was rainy, most of the fans pulled their jerseys over their rain gear to show their support. The crowd was enthusiastic during the entire game and despite the weather, they packed the stadium and cheered until the final whistle.
It was a great experience and I think NFL football has a bright future in Europe.
Here are a few pictures from Donruss' trip.
