MANDEVILLE, La. — On Thursday evening inside Chuck’s Sports Cards of Mandeville, La., sensational rookie quarterback — and Panini Authentic exclusive — Andrew Luck participated in his first public signing, headlining an event that was meaningful and memorable for all of the right reasons.
