Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones joined new head coach Wade Phillips (both pictured) to greet those participating in the 18th Annual Dallas Cowboys Golf Classic. Donruss hit the links with the Cowboys as guest of Game Exclusives. Game Exclusive currently has an exclusive agreement with the Dallas Cowboys to acquire their game-used equipment.
Held annually as a thank you to sponsors, Scott Prusha and Donruss Vice President Bill Sawtelle joined forces with Beckett 's Associate Publisher Tracy Hackler and Beckett CEO Peter Gudmundsson, as guest of Vice President Joe White.
While the team didn't fair well in the contest finishing 8th out of 15 teams, they did get a chance to talk a little business on the coarse with a few of the Cowboy executives.
"We need to hit the driving range and work on our game for next year," said Donruss Marketing Director Scott Prusha with a laugh. "We worked on a few projects with the Cowboys last year and discussed a few more for this year. It was just a great day."
Dallas was one of the teams that distributed over 50,000 trading cards last year as part of a national trading card promotion, The Donruss Thanksgiving Classic. Donruss included a special Salvation Army card of DeMarcus Ware and plans are currently in-place to run the promotion again this year.
