In our never-ending quest to continually improve product quality and deliver value across all of Panini America’s brands and sports, it’s not at all uncommon for our Product Development teams to often take a look back before taking the next step forward.
Indeed, amid the constant flurry of new releases and working six months ahead, it’s that reflection that affords team members the opportunity to assess what worked, what didn’t and what’s next. Often, they discover trends or nuances that seem so obvious in hindsight but sometimes get lost in the moment. Last month, the Panini America NFL team hit upon one such example.
